Paulina is the UN Women Country Representative in Uganda with experience in development and humanitarian work. Before joining UN Women, she was the Head of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, as well as Public Relations Unit for UNDPÕs Police Reform Programme in Bangladesh.
